We are attempting to offer human culture a chance for an existence of joy, great wellbeing, significant serenity and all great characteristics through God Consciousness.
What is the mission of human existence? The mission of human existence is to end the agonies of material presence and achieve an euphoric life. We are continually looking after joy, yet we regularly fizzle in our interest. We may get a brief look at joy, however it doesn’t keep going forever. We don’t need tragedies, however we can’t keep away from them. Sacred texts illuminate us that we are otherworldly creatures, a vital part of the Supreme Lord Sri Krishna, and naturally we are brimming with satisfaction – ānandamayo ‘bhyāsāt (vedānta-sūtra). Then, at that point, for what reason do we endure? How would we rediscover the lost joy and have a merry existence?
Srila Prabhupada, our dearest profound expert and the organizer acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) has favored us with this chance for a glad and serene life. We simply need to rehearse the accompanying standards:
Serenade the heavenly names, Hare Krishna maha-mantra consistently
Peruse the Srimad Bhagavatam, the perfect purana that praises the Supreme Lord
Honor prasadam, the food purified by offering to the Supreme Lord
Just by following the over three standards one can accomplish genuine satisfaction throughout everyday life. How does this function?
To begin with, let us comprehend the underlying driver of our issues that makes our life hopeless. We are ensnared in this material world from days of yore and the bliss we seek after here is transitory and deceptive. Chasing such bliss, we take part in different exercises, devout and wicked, that ties us increasingly more in this material world.
Our tragedies are because of the corrupt responses and when we follow these three standards, every one of the material pollutions and sins are washed away; therefore, we are restored in our genuine sacred situation of limitless euphoria and satisfaction.
Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu said: ceto-darpaṇa-mārjanam bhava-mahā-dāvāgni-nirvāpaṇaṁ: Chanting the heavenly names of the Lord purges the reflection of the heart and stops the torments of the blasting fire of material presence.
Srimad Bhagavatam says: naṣṭa-prāyeṣv abhadreṣu nityaṁ bhāgavata-sevayā: All the foreboding things in our heart are totally obliterated by perusing Srimad Bhagavatam consistently. The dimness of obliviousness is disseminated and we become arranged in the method of goodness and foster all great characteristics identical to that of the mythical beings.
By respecting prasadam (food offered to the Lord) we don’t bring about additional corrupt responses. Krishna says in the Bhagavad-gita (3.13): yajña-śiṣṭāśinaḥ santo mucyante sarva-kilbiṣaiḥ: enthusiasts who eat food offered first in penance (as a contribution to the Lord) are delivered from a wide range of sins.
In this manner, by following these three straightforward, however powerful standards given by Srila Prabhupada, we can accomplish an existence of satisfaction, great wellbeing, genuine feelings of serenity, and every great quality.
